Tomorrow’s Run: 7-8 miles easy pace, finish with 6-8 x 20-30 second strides

Supplemental: Hand-stand push-ups/regular push-ups/crunches x 3, no rest

If you don’t know what strides are, check out this link. (You’ll also find people calling strides “striders,” which seems a bit like calling executions “executioners.”)
