2 miles easy pace

4 miles slightly slower than 10k pace

4 minutes easy

3 miles slightly slower than 10k pace

3 minutes easy

2 miles slightly slower than 10k pace

2 minutes easy

1 mile slightly slower than 10k pace

2 miles easy

 

Supplemental: Do some planks and side planks (90-120 seconds each)
