Andy’s Daily Run – 7/23-7/24

I’ll resume daily workout posts today, although I’m going to skimp on details of non-running days (so I may just say, for example, “Swim/Bike”)

Today’s workout: 60 minutes, easy. Good stretch after.

Tomorrow: 60 minute swim, 40 minute bike.
