Andy’s Daily Run – 5/22/13

Got in 7 miles this morning, no strides, and no time for an afternoon run. Tomorrow will be a quality run in the morning, and a group run in the evening.

Tomorrow’s run:

A.M. – 2mi warm up, 8mi @ a few seconds faster than half marathon pace, 2mi cool down

P.M. – First ever group run, so who knows? Pretty sure it will be between 3-6mi, but no clue what my pacing options will be.

 

Supplemental – Handstand push-ups/push-ups/crunches back-to-back x 3
