Andy’s Daily Run – 7/25 & 7/26

Today’s run: 2mi super easy, 4mi steady (still pretty easy, maybe 30 seconds slower than marathon pace). Dynamic stretching on the front end and static stretching afterward.

Tomorrow: Maybe a little strength training in the morning (inspired by my last post!). If I get my bike, definitely a ride. Also doing an open water swim tomorrow after work.
